Return Policy (Englisch)

1. Personalized Products (Stickers & Designs)

Our personalized products are custom-made based on your individual specifications. Therefore, once the design has been approved and production has started, no returns or cancellations are possible.

• During the design phase, you may cancel your purchase at any time before the final design approval.

• After the design is finalized and approved by you, the right of withdrawal is excluded, as the product is made uniquely for you (according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

2. Blueprints (Digital Products)

For non-personalized digital products like our blueprints, the standard return policy applies.

• You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the file, provided that the product has not yet been downloaded.

• If you download the file, the right of withdrawal expires, as long as you have expressly agreed at the time of purchase that the contract will be fulfilled before the withdrawal period ends.

Widerrufsrecht (Deutsch)

1. Personalisierte Produkte (Sticker & Designs)

Da unsere personalisierten Produkte individuell nach deinen Vorgaben erstellt werden, ist ein Rückrufrecht nach Freigabe und Erstellung des Designs ausgeschlossen.

• Während der Designphase (also bis zur endgültigen Freigabe des Designs) kannst du jederzeit vom Kauf zurücktreten.

• Nach erfolgter Designfreigabe und Produktionsstart ist eine Rückgabe oder ein Widerruf ausgeschlossen, da es sich um eine auf deine Wünsche zugeschnittene Sonderanfertigung handelt (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

2. Baupläne (digitale Produkte)

Für nicht personalisierte digitale Produkte wie unsere Baupläne gilt das gesetzliche Rückrufrecht.

• Du kannst den Kauf innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Datei widerrufen, sofern du noch keinen Download des Produkts vorgenommen hast.

• Sobald der Download erfolgt ist, erlischt das Rückrufrecht, sofern du beim Kauf ausdrücklich zugestimmt hast, dass der Vertrag vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist erfüllt wird.
